1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ghorof platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one active account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Property Listings

Property hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, legal, and comply with all applicable laws. Ghorof reserves the right to remove listings that violate our standards.

• All listed properties must be legally available for rental
• Photos and descriptions must accurately represent the property
• Pricing must be transparent and inclusive of mandatory fees
• Hosts must honor confirmed bookings except in extraordinary circumstances

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are binding agreements between guests and hosts. Cancellation policies are set by individual property owners and clearly displayed on each listing page. Ghorof facilitates but is not a party to these agreements.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Ghorof platform agree not to engage in the following:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems
• Harassing or abusing other users or Ghorof staff
• Circumventing the platform to make off-platform transactions

6. Limitation of Liability

Ghorof acts as a marketplace connecting guests and hosts. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any property listing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghorof's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

7. Amendments

Ghorof reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
